By accessing or using the Globe Rank Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Globe Rank Media provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, website development, content writing, graphic design, video editing, and AI chatbot automation. Service scope and deliverables are defined per client agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely approvals
• Grant necessary account access for agreed services
• Ensure ad spend budgets are funded and accessible

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Ad spend is billed separately and remains under client ownership. Late payments may result in service pause.

Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Globe Rank Media for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies and internal tools remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

Globe Rank Media is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or results dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) whose policies and algorithms are outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable.
